Refund and cancellation policy
Try it free first
Every computer gets a free trial of 100 shirts or 2 days, whichever comes first, so you can see Kreathena work with your own rosters before you pay.
Cancel any time
Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. To cancel, open the Manage page, enter your email and use the secure link we send you (check your spam folder if it does not arrive). You can also remove the subscription from your Maya app. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Requesting a refund
On the same Manage page you can request a refund of your latest payment and tell us why. Please ask as soon as possible after you were charged, and before you have used the plan heavily. Every refund request is reviewed and approved by the owner personally, case by case. This is how it works:
- You send the request and receive an email confirming that we have it.
- We review it, normally within a few business days, and email you the answer.
- If it is approved, the money goes back through PayMongo to the card or Maya account you paid with, your auto-renew is cancelled, and the license ends.
- If it is not approved, your plan stays as it is and you can still cancel so you are not charged again.
E-wallet (Maya) refunds usually arrive within a day. Card refunds can take up to 30 days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
Renewals you forgot to cancel
If you were charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, request a refund right away. We look at these kindly, especially when you have not used the new period.
Charged twice or charged without a key
If you were charged twice, or paid and did not receive a license key, email us with the email you used and the payment date. We will fix it or refund the extra charge.
ChromoLab credits
Credits for a ChromoLab job that fails or does not finish within 20 minutes are returned to your balance automatically. For an unused credit pack, email us; like every refund, it is reviewed and approved by the owner case by case.
